We have plants from 5 continents: Africa, Asia, Australasia, Americas and Europe.
Africa includes large Canary Island Date Palms (Phoenix canariensis), and sizeable cycad family plants, including Encephalartos – an ancient group over 250 million years old and once a dinosaur food plant.
Asia includes the Windmill Palm from China, and Cardamon.
Australasia features lots of Tree Ferns (Dicksonia antartica), a 50 year old Dracaena marginbata and a Norfolk Island Pine, related to the Monkey Puzzle tree.
Americas highlight arid areas including Agaves and several Cacti, plus Washington Palms and a Powder Puff Tree.
Europe includes the Mediterranean Fan Palm ( Chamaerops humilis).
