Orange the World Day

This event marks the International Day for the Elimination of Violence Against Women and Girls (VAWG), and is aimed at raising awareness and advocating for change in collaboration and solidarity with 4 Wings and Movema.

There will be interactive elements to challenge perspectives on gender-based violence, discussions addressing the impact of immigration, conflict, climate change, and economic crises on women, followed by open dialogue.

Additionally, a symbolic dance performance with Movema will be presented, along with positive stories as we plant a tree to honour women lost to violence and inspire hope.

This event addresses sensitive topics, including domestic abuse and femicide. Therefore it is suitable for Ages 16+. Support resources will be available.
