A follow up exhibition to our Dementia Action Week exhibit last year. Photographer Alan Jones continues to capture images at Sedgemoor Dementia Support Hub. This exhibit will be a mixture of portraits from his time there. His approach was to try and make the creation of the images a joint enterprise and the results will be on display at the Palm House during Dementia Action Week.
