Henry Yates Thompson Celebration Dinner

We are thrilled to announce the return of the annual fundraising dinner, The Henry Yates Thompson Celebration Dinner, this promises to be a glamorous heady evening of cocktails, gourmet three course dinner, accompanying wine and a full programme of entertainment with a “Blame It on the Disco” theme.

This wonderful building will be transformed into the spectacular venue of Studio Palm House, bathed in illuminations and mirror balls to create a Disco Inferno!
To celebrate the many facets of the Palm House and its diversity.

It was the generosity of Henry Yates Thompson, who in 1896 gifted £10,000 to construct the ‘great conservatory’ of Sefton Park for the benefit of the people of Liverpool.

In the spirit of his gift we aim to raise £10,000 to support the work we undertake supporting the people of our beloved city through our community and health & wellbeing programmes. Whilst reaming open free of charge for everyone to enjoy and explore.
