We will be joined by Liverpool Zest on 3rd August at the Palm House. This will be a chance to enjoy the Palm House in the height of summer with some exciting cocktails available on the bar with Zest Liverpool in mind. Enjoy some music, cocktails and sun.

We are Liverpool Zest, an independent company from Liverpool which produces vegan, gluten-free and organically sourced Limoncello using as many local and independent businesses to source our ingredients, equipment, branding and even packaging, allowing our city to leave its mark on every aspect of our business.

We believe that our company/brand has moved beyond just producing and selling Limoncello as we realised a while ago, we (along with all our customers, friends, other independents) have created a community in which people can truly express themselves. We’re almost always doing as much work for our company as we are others around us and building a stronger community for us all to share.

We are extremely passionate about our little company and its ever growing customer base, we like to try and play with the rules when it comes to producing our products. This is the reason for the various flavours of limoncello and the strange cocktails we create using it. But this all stems from a place of curiosity, trial and error, which we truly believe emulates life itself as progression forward is almost always about being curious, giving it a go and learning from both your failures and successes.

We started by making Limoncello, but now I’d like to think its much more than that, hopefully we can use our platform during our event to showcase this to our fantastic community and to those who we just haven’t met yet.
