Motivation Monday – Yoga with Jade Heart

These sessions are for everybody who wishes to connect to themselves through breath, conscious movement and stillness.

Jade will guide you through a journey of slow flow movement to strengthen, release and align together with breathing practices, yoga philosophy and mantra.

Each session ends with yin yoga to ground, open up the connective tissues and release blockages from the energy channels followed by guided relaxation.
