Movers n Soul Shakers: Remember Your Spark

Movers n Soul Shakers returns with Remember Your Spark, an alcohol-free evening bringing the joy of a great night out into a welcoming space where you can move, unwind and be yourself.

Expect DJ sets from Andy Carroll and Robbie Edwards, live vocals from Chantelle Cole, winner of Your Song, and Jamie Deary, who featured on The Voice. Alongside the music, Jake Jervo will guide somatic shaking and contribute to the sound bath, while Oranga uses his homemade synthesisers to turn the electrical signals of plants into sound. Genie Azalea will guide a hypnotic sound bath experience, offering a moment to rest and settle after the dance.

The evening unfolds through four stages: The Ember, The Spark, The Fire and The Glow. From arriving and finding your feet to dancing together and winding down, each stage invites you to reconnect with your own rhythm.

Whether you’re sober, sober curious, taking a booze snooze or simply fancy something different, there’s no need to label yourself. Come with friends or come on your own. You don’t need dance experience, wellness knowledge or a particular way of being to join in.

Created by Science of Sound CIC and supported by National Lottery funding, this community wellbeing event makes space for people who sometimes feel outside the usual nightlife scene, including neurodivergent and LGBTQ+ communities.

Tickets range from free to £30, depending on what you can afford. Donations help support accessible community events.
