Artist Led Craft Workshop
Alongside our exhibition, ‘The Space We Share’ available to see at the Palm House from 15- 19 February and presented by Liverpool artists – Still Growing Collective. One of the local artists, Maja Lorkowska will host a craft workshop. Maja works with collage, she will have some materials available on the day if you would like to get creative!
A relaxed collage workshop that will offer simple collage techniques for participants of all ages. You’ll be introduced to different methods of working with cut-out images (scissors will be used), from the simple tearing and layering of coloured paper to more intricate techniques like using figures and adding text. Most importantly, you’ll be able to play around freely, try things out and just have fun. Collage is a wonderfully accessible technique so you don’t need any previous art experience to try it out.
