Tranquil Tuesday – Pilates with Studio Fluid

Pilates with Rosie, Studio Fluid

~ This Pilates class is open to beginners who are up for a challenge, with modifications for all levels. If you have an injury, just let Rosie know prior, to discuss the modifications you might need.

We will improve our balance and strengthen all of the key postural muscles.

We will mobilise our joints to feel more fluid, with hip openers, shoulder openers and leg lengtheners.

The last part of the class will be a stretch and relaxation session with spinal release movements to unwind tension in our necks and lower backs, we will restore our bodies with calming smaller movements.
