Laurie is a yoga teacher and sound therapist with over 10 years of experience. She teaches a mixture of led and exploratory movement, breathing, yoga, mantra, and meditative practices that encourage embodied, somatic, fluid movement, inward reflection, self-enquiry, and self-expression.
Laurie’s sessions are suitable for all, she teaches the yoga of awareness, intended to cultivate a deeper understanding of the mind-body-soul connection.
No need to prebook, please bring your own yoga mat and wear suitable clothing for exercise.
