Pennie is a Yoga Teacher and Yoga Therapist dedicated to helping students and clients connect deeply with their inner landscape in a safe and supportive way. With a strong meditative and therapeutic approach, her teaching supports nervous system balance while cultivating strength, ease and connection.

She offers an embodied practice that invites reconnection with the authentic self. Through breath-work, meditation and mindful movement. Pennie guides her students through personalised, transformative experiences that nurture both body and mind, supporting well-being, resilience and self-awareness.

For Tranquil Tuesdays, Pennie will offer classes that include simple awareness practices, gentle breath-work, a soft flowing sequence and deep relaxation.
