Mrs Palm ‘Explore the Palms’

Promenade with Mrs Palm 31st May & 1st June

Performances Available at :

12pm, 2pm and 4pm.

Thanks to the National Lottery Heritage Fund, come and enjoy a new performance for families. Promenading was a popular Victorian pastime. Families are invited to come to this 30 minute production where you will meet Mrs Palm, Doc Leaf and Lil Bee as they perform their walking theatre.

You will promenade around the palms and find out their different uses. If the plants could speak, what would they say?

Wander through as Doc Leaf shows you his best moves and Lil Bee sings to the Palm trees.

Our bees will be there to guide you around to find out more about what our plants can be used for and how people have valued different plants in the past.There will be so much exploring to do your hands will be green for weeks! All the plants will be in their best bloom!

Laura Pilgrim, heritage project manager at Sefton Park Palm House Preservation Trust, said:
